This is a non-chemical peel with a blend of organic enzymes. Perfect for dry, sensitive, unbalanced skin or darker skin. Increases moisture in the skin. The organic ingredients work to rebalance, regenerate and restore skin while stem cells boost cellular turnover.
This blend of pumpkin-, pineapple-, papaya-, passion fruit- and mango enzymes, as well as organic aloe vera-based peptides, is a non-chemical peel for balancing, regenerating and restoring the skin. Comfrey stem cells promote the skin’s own stem cells and thus preserve the youthfulness of the skin.
This peel has no down time and can be repeated monthly.

Chemical Peel F.A.Q.
Cosmelan is designed for all skin types and is especially effective for individuals with olive skin/ darker skin tones who are at a higher risk of hyperpigmentation from energy-based treatments and more traditional chemical peels.
The Cosmelan® procedure can improve:

If you have any of the following conditions, it is recommended you do not use Cosmelan® peel:
If you are pregnant, or planning on becoming pregnant, and nursing.
Allergic to any ingredients.
Active skin infection, moderate to severe rosacea, grades 3-4 acne, vitiligo.
Auto-immune disease affecting the skin.
The ingredients are identical in both formulations, other than the addition of 8% Hydroquinone in the Cosmelan® MD mask and 6% Hydroquinone in the Cosmelan® 2 Maintenance Cream.
Prepping the skin before Cosmelan® is not necessary, however, for cases of Melasma, we suggest a mild peel 2 weeks before the application of the Cosmelan® mask to soften, hydrate and begin the cellular turnover process.
Additionally, discontinue the use of retinol, prescription topicals, AHA’s, BHA’s, and Benzoyl Peroxide for 1- 2 weeks before the Cosmelan® mask application.
The treatment is virtually pain-free.
